You can cancel your subscription at any time through the TaleTree platform. Log into your Guardian Dashboard and go to the subscription management section to cancel your subscription.
I paid but didn’t use the service. Can I get a refund?
TaleTree generally does not offer refunds for activated subscriptions. However, if you request a refund within a certain initial period after service activation, please email our customer support, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
If I have multiple children, do I need to pay for each plan separately?
You can add multiple children under one guardian account, but each child's account requires a separate subscription. Therefore, you need to purchase a subscription for each child.
